Ok today is DAY 3 YIPPIE we get to eat :) Make sure its around 500-600 calories... ENJOY And Have Fun! samples of things to ear below!

(Avoid fast-food and restaurants in general). Keep this meal around 500 Calories with high protein and high fiber.
Avoid ALL WHITE foods (white bread, white rice, white flour, noodles, etc).
