@carebearfaith just go to media and scroll to the music u want as your ringtone and then press the blackberry menu button and scroll down to "add as ringtone"

Having probs with blackberry desktop software. When I try to download music, it tells me....You have selected your blackberry device drive, there isn't enough space to synchronize your media, select another drive....HELP!

i just wanted to state, when you mention caps-locking letters, you failed to mention that with alt+right shift, CAP will actually appear in right hand corner, and you can type as many letters and words as you want in capitals, without holding any additional buttons.

--oh and to copy and paste, even easier trick . . . press (no need to hold) the left shift key, then scroll over what you would like to copy, click menu/trackball, copy . . .go wherever you would like to paste, left shift+trackball
