I have always loved this song and the promise that it brings. I'm greatful that I have that in my life now. Yes, the promise of forever love is real and can be obtained. The Mummies are a perfect symbol of ever lasting love. The Egyptians knew that life goes on beyond this world. Howard Jones and his producers know that too.

I heard this song in a gas station while getting money out of an ATM and thought, "Holy crap! It's been too long since I've heard this!" This is such a pretty song..

Jeremiah 31:3

For some reason, this song really captures the feeling of the late 1980s for me.
