  • Yes, the cows were moved to higher ground. The plant is still in tact. The covered bridge did not get destroyed, luckily.

  • Wow, we have a picture of that bridge on our fridge! Reminds us of the awesome New England vacation we had in 2009. The irony is- while in VT, our basement in Atlanta flooded from torrential rain!

  • I drove from Claremont NH to Hardwick Vt, thru Stowe just an bit before the flooding, and I made vids of much of my travels, and I'll post them shortly at corvairwild
