@Letyourlegsspeak Native Americans do indeed predate Abraham. But as I said I'm not claiming they're descendants of Abraham nor does the Bible claim him as the BIOLOGICAL ancestor of all people. That's the problem with an Israelite identification of Native people; the chronology, linguistics, & culture aren't consistant with an Abrahamic origin. It's Noah who is a common ancestor of all humanity, which is entirely compatible with the massive climate change of c10,000 yrs ago.

1.When a method's broke you fix it or take its' limited value with a grain of salt til it's fixed or something better comes along. It has value but you weigh it against everything else. Note; Keep in mind God always was, is, & will be eternal. Hence that His creation would reflect His eternality in some limited way is reasonable.

2.So that Lucy & Ardi lacked SOME of MODERN apes' traits makes them related to human? Not all birds fly & they aren't mammals.

My reason for commenting on the Biblic suggestion, is that I believe the American Indian were situated in America long before the sons of Abraham spread over the world. I also believe that this gentleman Litle Eagle was trying to prove something by riding his bike through all those stares. I hope he reached his dream.

@EmerTalmudim6, no doubt you have given the matter a great deal of thought. Of cause Lucy wasn't a human as we see her today. Neither was Ardi who was measured to be 4,4 milion years old. Lucy was 3,2 million years, not one million. If the method of measuring is showing a differens as big as the one between 10.000 and 4.4 million years, why bother using it. Neither Lucy, nor Ardi were apes. Their feet were made to walk upright.
