These are your first set of assignments
1. What are your fitness goals. Sens me an email with your 30,60. and 90 day goals
2. Get a solid food plan in place. Eating the right foods is going to be where your biggest success will come from
3.Track your food for 3 days and send me the list by email. VERY IMPORTANT!!

Hi Tim, this is great video and an excellent iniative to have you on a weekly basis.
