@madfootballkid Of course, after I got back from my second tour, I didn't even have the energy to have it out with a green pea army guy, all in good fun. I just laughed at his jokes about the corps and thanked him for his service. Great to see people like yourself so well balanced. When your in a combat zone, their are no branches or race or color, just a family tryin to get by the next day who need each other to get there. I do enjoy talking about itcause that's all i got left.

@ar15guy076 Of course, well stated, i was pointing out that specifically their proficiency is directly related to their mission. The marine corps is a quick reaction force, the army is not. Therefore you will find that in the sea of the green army machine we the marine corps will be found in hot zones requiring shock troops. Its the old saying i'm referring to, Jack of all trades, master of nun. The marines specialty, and training centers on beach heads where there is no defense.

Army attacks as they are our main ground force, marines also hold and defend, saying marines are the only attack force is the biggest load of horse shit ive ever heard, btw half the guys in this vid are army, "Army comes in after marines" bet a marine recruiter told you that BS.

the marines purpose is to attack and destroy all opposing force the army is an occupation force that comes in after the marines to hold and defend a certain area.
