  • yeah but I guess what i was trying to get at is that wicca is more structured then paganism is alone. It is kind of a hard to explain.

  • thanks for replying to my question! :) i guess it is rather difficult to explain, i found it hard to define exactly what makes someone pagan, and the difference between that and wicca etc becuase it's an old practice and its hard to grasp the actual meaning at first... i really wanted to hear a wiccan perspective on it so again thankyou, you have helped me understand a little more!

  • There sure are a lot of witches out there, Hmmmm not everyone follows the reed in fact some look upon wiccans as a rather weak magical persons, For try as I will, follow the reed and yes I will protect myself even though the harm none aspect of being a wiccan witch is very often tested. I am proud to say I am wiccan, also recognized by the government. Ever mind the law of three LOL Blessed Be )O(

  • I follow the rede but prefer to be called just pagan because I like to follow more of my cultural native rituals and such over some of the wiccan things

  • @magic1lover Sorry but wicca came from paganism because is really neo paganism.

  • um.. I kinda remember reading from a site that;" All Wiccans are Pagans, but not all Pagans are Wiccans." Pagan is like a, how to say, a branch of non-mainstream religions. like druidism. But Wicca is a religion that belongs in the Pagan branch. Not all Wiccans are witches though, pagan religions embrace witchcraft (or so I remember reading) Is this correct?
