Man, you're absolutely freaking nuts. The tires in the first segment don't appear under inflated. Instead, the bus was simply leaning towards that side on an uneven road surface, putting more weight on those particular tires. The other stuff mentioned (tape versus painted, etc) was totally absurd as well. Get a life, dude, and stop stalking buses, children, and drivers.

Our buses can not go out if a deffect is found after we DOT our units.Our Mechanics are realy good repairing them.
You should report it to a officer to get them a ticket and force the company to fix the problem.

One of my issues here IS the NYPD, who has consistently refused to issue summons to these drivers. Even the other agencies do not want to move against this blatant disregard for public safety. All they are concerned about is the money flow. I have managed to get the Ombudsman Office involved. They sent a letter to the NYPD requiring action and a response. Waiting on that one....
