haha, that's exactly the problem with my 07 silverado 1500 pickup. It's only 55,000 miles and 5 years from new? Seems I shouldn't have to replace these yet, but thanks for the simple quick video that helped me identify the problem.

Someone told me the wheel bearing on my car might be bad as well. Thing is it obviously comes from the front right wheel area. It sounds like a suspension problem though but sometimes I can not hear the noise at all even when going over speed bumps.

@BRILLOPADral If a U-Joint is failing, you can usually hear a humming come and go as you get on and off of the gas.

@llGrandAmGtll It could be that a wheel bearing has gone bad. We carry them on our website. Here's a link to them. Hope this helps you out. 1aauto.com/1A/wheel-bearing-hub-front/Pontiac/GrandAm/-/-/2002?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=youtube&utm_campaign=1ATony

@infringinator They can actually come apart and break if you let them go to long. We sell the bearings on our website 1aauto.com

my passenger side wheel makes this sound: whoost...whoost...whoost...whoost. while i'm drinving. my dad had a different wheel on it but i put the spare on it and it made the same sound. i'm getting my oem wheel put back on with a new tire (the old had a flat, thats why he put the other wheel on) and i'll check the noise then. but i saw a ring on the inside of the wheel of the other and the spare. i'm thinking its the caliper that is making that sound rubbing against it. ?!? response please

@ant1h If the inside of the rim is worn, I would also check the brake caliper to see if it has the same type of mark on it. You could also jack the tire up and turn it by hand to see if you can hear where it's comeing from. Hope this helps you out.
