Good education and community awareness. Pot is not what it was in 1960s and more people than just hippies are using cannabis, its your next door neighbors and friends now, so might as well become educated..

If any adult could get quality cannabis legally, likely there would be less alcohol and pharmaceutical abuse. Cannabis is the key to moderation.
