grease ur hair all over so it wont burn but doing that only won't really stop it from burning, best thing is to keep the relaxer cooled. i notice when u go to a salon some have their relaxers in a small fridge to keep it cool. it'll still work like normal but it will keep it from burning ur head so fast plus it feels nice and cool on ur head.
