@Laurence1133 a wet signature is one where pen has touched paper, i.e someone has actually signed the paper. Even though i do think these guys should just pay their tax, they were right in saying that the form was unlawful as it didn't have a written signature on it. If it's just been done digitally then that could be anyone's signature and not a real one. The form also didn't have the name of the person who signed it, meaning it's impossible to identify who it belongs to.

that guy at 35.8 why do you claim council tax benefit if you dispute paying for council tax my answer would be well i have no choice really do i as he previously stated it is illegal not to pay for your council tax yeah that guy with bluetooth headset has got a real attitude problem with unemployed people never mind the fact that the owner probably has worked most his life

It is now common knowledge that the law is being broken daily by the ' government' and consequently all other institutions ' acting' for that ' GOVERNMENT '. There is an agenda known as AGENDA 21 also going by the term ' SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT '. This is well worth reading.
Your council, as well as every council is a private corporation.The GOVERNMENT is a private corporation. The LAW SOCIETY is a private corporation.
These CORPORATIONS do not have hearts.
There is a lot to learn.

Ask your local council, I'm sure they will be glad to send you the relevant paperwork stating that you must pay government tax, and that if not legal action will be taken to exact any debts owed. You and people in this video are simply ignoring the truth, and trying to avoid the inevitable. Its lucky that there are still decent, honest people in society, its unlucky that people are trying to sway theyre opinions by talking rubbish and using useless excuses and made up beliefs about law!

@MrTruzy89 The above mentioned paperwork has been requested in NOTICE form. There has been no response from the shareholder group that we know as the "council".
The shareholder group known as the council know that "legal" and "lawful" are very different and incompatible with one another.
Lawful is real, legal is fiction. There is a lot to learn about this. The more people who learn and share this information, the sooner we will all live together in peace and harmony.

The fact that anybody agrees with these 2 idiots is ridiculous, is it any wander that the country is a mess?? Everyone who isnt an idiot knows you have to pay taxes? And that failure to do so can be a prisonable offence! I'm sure if you did a local survey in torquay to see what people thought of this pair, they would have more than bailiffs at they're door.

In the end of the day he had no intention of paying that why the council went to court and thats why the bailiffs were there

@coleridgemanan - Given that the only lawful court in this land is one made up of a jury of one's peers, what court are you referring to?
The men in the video that you refer to as "bailiffs" are not bailiffs but representatives of a private debt collection company.
