it does work but... how do i keep the thread from slipping off my fingers? and also is it just me or the thread digs into my skin every time i move my fingers? it got too painful that i had to quit after doing it a few times. i got marks on my fingers! :(

Actually the thread should be made from cotton, fine in thickness and durable. Only then it can really pull out even stubborn hair

hey, you've explained it pretty well, but it just DOESN't work! grrr! Am going to keep trying though.
Any tips on how to make sure it does work? cause when I do it, the thread just goes over my hair, doesnt 'thread' it!!

@kunalshroffify you can try going close to the roots. the thread should be brushing up against your skin.. secondly it could be the type of thread that you use, the stronger the better. third, you should be going the opposite way your hair is growing. forth, you could try winding the string a couple more times around
