Sorry i sounded like a dummy in the beginning hence this is why its called threading for dummies. I'm sure there are more videos out there that explain this "threading" process more clearly but this is how i do it. All you really need is regular thread from your sewing kit. Try staying away from the thin cotton-like thread that breaks easily. The thread should be sturdy. Good Luck

  • Actually the thread should be made from cotton, fine in thickness and durable. Only then it can really pull out even stubborn hair

  • @turquoisebloom well there u go guys :)

  • hey, you've explained it pretty well, but it just DOESN't work! grrr! Am going to keep trying though.

Any tips on how to make sure it does work? cause when I do it, the thread just goes over my hair, doesnt 'thread' it!!

  • @kunalshroffify you can try going close to the roots. the thread should be brushing up against your skin.. secondly it could be the type of thread that you use, the stronger the better. third, you should be going the opposite way your hair is growing. forth, you could try winding the string a couple more times around

  • hey when you thread does it remove all hair? i thread and see it in the sun and theres parts i didnt get

  • @Barcevas go over the same spot over and over. remember to go close towards the roots
