It's easy to make excuses. Some of them may even be valid. But, in order to make change, you are going to have to fight the tendency to do what you have always done, and start to do it anyway. It isn't always easy or natural to choose veggies, fruit, or protein...eat it 5 times a day, and exercise when you don't feel like it. But, do it anyway. There will be days when you sincerely cannot do it, but when you have a choice....do it anyway!
