its a "hardened" shelter, not really a bunker... its to replace the Mk84, having higher number of units at identical payload. mainly for the b2/f22/f35 against stationary and moving targets.
for me a "bunker buster" looks more like a BLU-113, maybe 109 ;-)

I think the bunker is not all made from concrete only the sides and a small layer of the ceiling are, the rest is covered in a thick layer of mud.

When I mentioned the word ROCKET, I was mentioning a specific type of test-scenario where rockets are used on a rail guided track to accelerate any type of bomb up to operational speeds and tested for various types of penetration depths and effectiveness.
