Now that i tried 9 of the most popular extract kits without any diversion from the manufactures recomendation i now have a reference point to go of.
Time now for experimenting
Will trying an all grain some time this year, just need the time.
Love all the homebrew wednesday vid's i have learnt so much.

The only way to learn is to drink your mistake... So damn true.
Noticed your reply comment @ianmullen on coopers Mexican Cerveza, i'm drinking it right now, and after 9 extract kits i find it to be one of the best ones yet perfect head ,lacing and carbonation, although i did use dextros for priming.

@jmaros15 Now that I Let the Cerveza condition a bit, it is pretty good.. I think my mess up was listening to one of my local home brew supply stores and put in a pound of Golen Light DME, for the first few weeks It had an awful after taste, now it has mellowed out and enjoyable, But I was expecting something like Corona, but i guess the DME didn't help that.. I'll make a video of the Cerveza.. Cheers Bud..

That's a great head. I didn't get that on my first wheat brew. I want to make a dunkleweizen but I am only on my third homebrew attempt. I was thinking of a coopers wheat kit and adding some dark malt extract. What do you think?

@ianmullen Thanks.... I am not too familiar with coopers.. i did one, the mexican cervesa, and it didn't turn out too well.. letting it age a couple months and give it a try... but all you can do is try.... I have now done a few all grain, and they seem to taste better faster, not sure why.. but i still do extract too, i love the easiness of the extract kits when you don't have all day to do it..

"learn by drinking your mistake" awesome, I agree. Just started brewing myself only 3 batches in; funny how fast you can learn.
