Grabs useless? Guess it was before FAT frames were known... they beat out shields and attacks, if they hit you on a certain frame of your Grab you're anchored where you are and ignore the knockback.

It's more of an aerial game now because people are getting used to the air game, L-canceling is out, auto-canceling is in.

@TheVENGENCER Tip:Dont use the Same Move A lot..Tip 2: If u dodge most of the time they will figure u out,,so counter with an arial.....thats all i got

dude shut the fuck up, you don't have an idea on what you are talking about, brawl have aerials, smashes,specials.melee have PROS,NOOBS,BRAWL HAVE THEM TOO, brawl is just slower, i personally like brawl more than melee.

i dont fucken get it no matter how hard i try how long i play i have like a 1/5 chance of winning against my friends! >:( im not a noob its i can beat a level 9 and i use doges and shit and nothin seems to fricken work out =/ anybody wanna help?

I don't know what the fuck they're talking about- I LOVE this game. And it does still take skill, it's just more about a different type of skill called endurance- the person who makes a mistake first is the worse player. That's how it works in all fighting games, with Brawl you could actually say it takes MORE skill because to have to endure the other player longer SOMETIMES. This game plays practically the same as Melee IMO. Still better than everyone I play against :)

falco+dash throw is still a good throw combo imo. throws havent become irrelevant, just not quite as powerful

metaknight is so over powered. all his attacks have no draw backs- instant- no cool down- simply OP
