NSFW - My homage to Dali and the inspiration for the ARTforms microphone series.

http://twitter.com/sheadesigner I was exposed to Dali and Escher and Zappa and George Carlin and the Stones et all at a young age and in this environment of the late 60's my developing mind soared with possibilities and abstractions. Men on the moon, napalm runs, hippy chicks, nukes, jets, and all that great music!...

This homage began around 1997 and like a piece of music has evolved as tools and hardware have permitted, yet this is a fraction of what my imagination would like to share with you...

The study takes soft objects and objectification to new tones, honors the master, and ends up inspiring me to create the exotic microphone series and a large limited edition print.

I'm always surprised how few comments even highly viewed and produced work like this gets, and Dali was surprised that a bank teller did not on occasion, eat a check! -Shea
