  • Hi. Could you explain how to biamp the frontal speakers using Amp. Assign "Front A Biamp" in AVR-1909?

I mean, can I plug the surround back in a external amp, like a pre out output?

I could not find it anywere.

  • Hi Rubensnvs,

You can find the answer to your question at Crutchfield. You can download the owner's manual (free, right from the site), read our "Hands on Research" and/or call us to find out all you need to know.

And if you bought it from us, you get free lifetime Product Support.

    Hope that helps,

  • Allen,

We do know that prior to the 09 Series, Denon receivers did not unilaterally support HDMI-CEC (Sonys Bravia Theatre Sync). The AVR-1609 and AVR-1709 models still dont offer HDMI-CEC, so someone buying one of those models could not expect to get HDMI-CEC functionality with any TV, including Sony. Other than that, we know of no issues that might affect a Sony TV owner.

    Hope that helps,

    Cruthfieldtv
