At 0:09,There's no HEV actually,i downloaded the hev tell me if u want it and i'll give you the download site
At 0:24,I've didnt skipped the other seens,i've just skipped the console,i've typed in the console:'map c1a1' to skip to that place.

@Mrmantvydas of course download the mod in the description then run it then extract the folder to ur hl1 folder.then run hl1 then click custom game then select counter life.ur done
