A lazy Sunday at Papago Park. Quick FPV flight captures a glimps of "hole in the rock" a local landmark & favorite.
Multiplex Easystar plane powered by a HiMax 2,000kv BL motor and a Castle 36amp speed controller. Power systen ran on 1x 11.1v 2200mAh Li-Po 20C, Video systems run on 1x 500mAh Li-Po 30C. Plane has rudder mod and Airscape landing gear. The FPV pod and pan/tilt system was home made of a durable black plastic sporting the RMRC-540 OSD camera from ReadyMade RC. Ground station includes a 900mHz RX with a 8db patch antenna. Flights viewed/captured via laptop using EasyCap 2.0 usb audio/video interface.
