    cut some squares out of the shorter side of the bag so it looks like theres a couple of straps around it, then use what you cut out to texture the front. Cut the handles and link them with something factory made like back pack straps, then i just put some cardboard on the inside to make it stiff. eyeball it, it isn't too hard if you know what you're going for
