  • This isnt just going on in MI. Im battling to save my farm & home in WV. All this over a $2600.00 balance that I cant pay untill april. Its sad, our govt sends monies to aid foreign countries constantly, but when its the american farmer who needs a hand our own FSA fights against us. Bless yall and hope it turns out for the best... • The trustees are part of the problem too. They offered to reinstate my loan for %30 of late payments. I accepted. The paperwork never arrived. I called the bank and trustee daily but it still went to trustee sale. Nobody showed up, now the government owns it. I talked to RE lawyer and was told that this was a common practice!

  • FTB, screw the Pretender Lenders. 60 million fraudulent loans, where the title and note have conveniently disappeared. When you pay off the note, whos going to give you clear title? The best way to tale back Amerika is to refuse to pay the banksters. Tea Party, my ass, I smell a Revolution!

  • @PolPpl - Did the bank produce the Note? Not a copy, not a photo, the note that has your DNA on it!

  • I am fighting to Keep my Home/Farm also. I have complied with Wells Fargo bank and jumped through all the hoops they asked me too, I gave them all of my Retirement Money, and they still foreclosed even though they were suppose to be working on the HAMP Home Affordable Mortgage Program with me, in the middle of it they sold my Home / Farm back to them selves. Giving them all the equity built in my home and land now that there is sewer and water at street it has more than doubled in value.

  • I had a similar problem. My videos show how I solved it:

I am still in my home! Call me crazy! I agree - I am as crazy as a fox!

  • Nobody knows and nobody cares. I am from Mi and will soon lose the only home my family has. It is sickening to listento those that say we were just stupid with debt and money. We were about as conservative as you can be. Michigan is dwroning and its bankers and lawers wouldnt thow a life preserver unless there was gold in your pockets.

  • Since this video was made, has the bank foreclosed on this farm? Is it too late or is there still something that can be done to help these family farmers? They should have appealed to FarmAid for help after all they are family farmers and those are the people that Farm Aid helps in their moments of great need.

  • yes, greenstone is a sponsor.

  • Shame on greenstone for thinking that this is not a viable product. They have a bank in St. Johns which holds an annual mint festival. Are they a sponser? If so I think we should boo then right out of the parade!
