New & improved edit May 2011 - If you want to really clean used or abused records, then aside from buying a motorized system that will take up too much room or exhaust your bank account, it makes sense to check out this one for less than $100.
Since first posting this video, I was contacted by the manufacturer of Spin Clean and notified about improvements they have made to the product. I have re-shot and corrected those elements in this version of the video. Feel free to comment! Thanks for watching, subscribe if you like my videos!

  • I don't know why you were saying "big difference" Bill. The before and after almost sounded exactly the same. To go from your before to your after and throw in 2 hours of work in my opinion is NOT worth it. I think I would get the same or better result with a bottle of rubbing alcohol, 2 tablespoons of liquid soap and water. If these are the results this machine is NOT worth $100.00

  • @xMusicIsMyGasolinex I think is better save and buy a real cleaning machine

  • @anderzom That is what I wonder about also.

  • what would happen if your records got scratches but still work? what would you do?

  • and boohoo, fingerprints and hair ohohoh

  • Price is right. However, you need to put a sample of a non clean record played twice, as the first time it is played, it always sound better, (the needle removes particles/static etc).

  • I dont get it about THE LABELS??? If you put liquid in the labels, destroy the paper labels??????

  • Bill, I read that this particular model was cheaply made and not worth the money also that they machine damages the outer part of the record. If so, why would you recommend what others are saying is a very cheaply makde product and not worth the money. What say you?
