yes. people were there. I was there. My apartment was the first to catch and the roof collapse. you see it here.

you know, you're definitely not representing yourself well. learn how to spell, bud. i can't say anything about the fire or the operations since i was not there.
oh, on that subject, it's really easy to be a monday morning quarterback and critique this incident from afar. when was the last time philly had a fire of this magnitude? how would your officers handle it? or even you?
