I wouldn't hold out much hope of Vanessa George getting a sentence that is appropriate for the these kind of crimes against children. A woman from South Yorkshire, Donna Hudson. 33, has just walked free from court with a 22 week suspended prison sentence for taking indecent photos of young children under 5 years of age so anything is possible in the sentencing of Vanessa George.

There are possibly hundreds of people like Vanessa George on social networking websites such as Facebook, Myspace, Bebo, etc. and parents MUST we be now made aware of this very real and disturbing fact. Women are sexually grooming children on social networking websites just as much as men are but up until now only men have been portrayed in the media as Internet predators which, as we are beginning to realise, is no longer the case. Internet predators can be anybody, male or female.
