if when you download it and you try to open your world it comes up with search for a file etc go to
C:\Users\Callum\AppData\Roamin
g\.minecraft ^ replace the "Callum" with your computer user name and click on "saves" then your world, then the level file.
add the items into your inventory and click "save"
then you should log on to minecraft and you will have the items :)

@brentsonier I'm all for pirating games, exept when the updates stop the game from working. If someone had made a good pirated copy that updated and didnt break I dont think anyone would buy it.
