Kelsey Smith Briggs was born after her parents divorced. Shortly before her 3rd birthday she was murdered by her stepfather. Instead of greiving the loss of her daughter her mother was accused of enabling child abuse and forced to defend her innocense, fight for her freedom and right to raise her unborn child. The paternal family set out on a campaign to get her charged. The case was extremely unfair and due to the media exposure she was not awarded a fair trial. The case is tragic no matter how you look at it, but now a mother is in prison for 27 years and her baby boy is not allowed to know his loving mother. The facts of the case are clear cut if you are willing to take an honest look at them. Untouched documents from this case can be read at www.thetruthaboutkelsey.com

@dylansmomma05 Some people can break their clavicle without any trauma. These people usually have weak bones either from a genetic cause (they were born with it) or from an acquired cause (such as osteoporosis or cancer). Even more rarely, a physician may have to break the infant's collarbone in order to deliver the baby safely. This only occurs when a process known as shoulder dystocia develops. There are many other techniques available to overcome this, so it is rarely practiced today.

@sw20008 Clavicle fractures are extremely common. Broken collarbones occur in babies (usually during birth), children and adolescents (because the clavicle does not completely ossify, or develop, until the late teens), athletes (because of the risks of being hit or falling), or during many types of accidents and falls. @sw20008 The collarbone is one of the most commonly broken (fractured) bones. Young men ages 13 to 20 break it most often. Younger children have greater chances of a broken collarbone during play.

@sw20008 My toddler fell and broke her collarbone Is this an unusual injury? Not at all. The collarbone is the bone most often broken (fracture) in childhood. Children are prone to breaking collarbones because they don't harden until adulthood. The clavicles, or collarbones, are the long bones that help connect the shoulder girdle to the rib cage. A break can happen when a toddler falls on her shoulder or on an outstretched hand. Babies can even break a collarbone during a difficult delivery.

@sw20008 this is the last comment I am going to respond to from you, your wasting my time, I get an email alert everytime you leave a comment so you can call it trolling or whatever you like, point is pure and simply if your going to be lazy and refuse to do any reading then its like talking to a brick wall, i'm going to end this conversation with a few FACTS, search "broken collerbone toddler injury" in yahoo and you can verify it all

@dylansmomma05 you are trying to start an argument, in order to break a collar bone you have to have a lot of force to do so yeah kids bones are soft but it still takes a lot of force to break a bone. i am not lazy its common senceto know that a broken collar bone is NOT a normal common childhood injury, you can stop your trolling and you can find something else to do its over.

@sw20008 um first of all I'm not trying to start an argument, I simply recommended you do the research before inserting yourself into a topic, as for "trolling" this is my video so if your too lazy to do the actual research and have an intelligent conversation without throwing poo like a chimp at the zoo perhaps you should find something else to do.
