Would keeping a braced front knee at FFC help to stop my momentum from forcing towards the floor making be almost topple over whilst by back foot drags along the floor any help would be life saving thanks
@Mladenovski28 check out Catherine Dalton 4 Tent Pegs for a PERFECT example of the tent pegs. The bowler above was showing the importance of keeping the back foot on the ground into TP3 and chest and hip alignment from viewed in front. All he needs to do is basically 'sit' his backside to get the position you refer to - something he does when he actually bowls.
At tent peg 2 the back foot should be bent at the knee and the front foot braced. The right heel needs to turn out and be pointing straight on front foot impact, the right heel in this instance hasn't completely turned.
As long as the front elbow and knee are lined up we are all good. Shoulders and hips should be in the same plane (which they are in this position) so the bowler is CORRECTLY and PERFECTLY aligned.
@DinethFilms you're right, i''m sorry, i didn't make my point very well - i should have said i'm surprised your man in the vid has the back foot miidway and the rest of his body is not very chest-on

At tent peg 3, the chest position should be in front of the release position. In the example above they are basically even.

There are a couple of issues.
At tent peg 2 the back foot should be bent at the knee and the front foot braced. The right heel needs to turn out and be pointing straight on front foot impact, the right heel in this instance hasn't completely turned.
