This is the second video from the wild plant retreat, Sunny Savage attended with Doug Elliott and Frank Cook. Please see Episode 9 for the first video. The retreat is based out of the Sunnybank Inn, which sits along the Appalachian Trail near Hot Springs, North Carolina. Sunny traveled to some amazing places nearby and learned a wealth of information from these two astute mountain men. Doug Elliott is a gifted storyteller and musician, and starts this video off with his Dandelion Song.
The remainder of the video focuses on Frank Cook of http://plantsandhealers.com. Frank helps us to listen, learn, feel....connect with the plants! He has an encyclopedic knowledge of plants and blends his knowledge with love and wisdom. Frank travels the world meeting new plants. He has a wonderful way of bringing truths out and making you think about your own evolution. Please check out his website to see some of the articles he has written, books he recommends, and his tour schedule.

@666scibi My hair does not naturally grow that way. It's called taking a shower and combing your hair once in awhile.

@discountninjuh I wonder what positive words you might have to say, about anything. Do you have any enlightening aspects about you and what you help others with. can you prove he only had as you say "book knowledge" judging by your youtube channel and name, you suck the dick of Trent Reznor (haven't gotten over 1992 yet) and you like shopping and pretend you know martial arts. If the things he said were nonsensical, then you are ignorant. grow up punk (punk as in prison talk)
