Rep. Andre Carson was a state law enforcement investigator for nine years, and also supervised a Homeland Security anti-terrorism unit. In short, this man is a SKILLED OBSERVER, and it simply doesn't make any kind of sense that he would lie about what he heard and then inquire about video evidence IMMEDIATELY after the incident.
