@bonesawII I got to keep my shizzle under controlled but it's so hard when your use to going crazy all the time...well at least I can go crazy for the next 2 weeks then wind it down :D it'll be interesting to see what shape I'm in tonight.

@bonesawII that was last Wednesday! I thought I'd recover by then! I hit 115/140 on Mon, 120/147 on Wed...but I missed abou 4 Sn on the Monday and about 7 on 120 on the Wed....I'll be more controlled and less crazy 2 weeks before a comp LOL, 4 weeks time is another comp so I'll go crazy until 2 weeks out then taper off...

@zedgarden f0ck knows, it was tragic man, tragic...should have lowered my start even lower to AT LEAST get a lift in....hopefully I get to do some more team comps abroad! yeah I got 2 out of 1 on the 150 :D, I'll see how my shizzle goes but I'm looking at bigger numbers for the next comp.
