@Seattlecarnut It's kind of drivable now. It cranks and runs fine, needs a voltage regulator and a clutch master, which I have. If you pump the clutch you can get it in gear, then sift it as you go, but I need to fix it up a bit, and will.
@Seattlecarnut We would like to do that, but I suspect we could buy one that would be campable for less than we'd spend to fix the camper. It's in pretty bad shape, but the rest of the truck not so bad. I'm lookin' forward to getting around to working on this one, but I've got a couple of other projects that come first. Maybe I can at least get it drivable this summer. Hope so.
@Seattlecarnut That's what I've been thinkin'. Guy who owned it before me drove it here from California, and I don't think there's much frame rust, plus he swapped it to a 5 speed and put a stainless steel exhaust system on it. I suspect if I tipped that camper off and built a flat bed it would make a neat little lumber hauler that's a lot better on gas than my big Dodge.. That's my thinkin'
@rpeek I can see why he would want to buy it. I'll bet he could've restored it to its original "like new" state. He could've made a stake truck with it, with a flat bed with a fence around it, like what farmers use. My stepdad had a 78 Toyota pickup truck, except it wasn't a camper, just a good pickup truck.
@Seattlecarnut Yea, someone tried to buy it a while back, but I really do think it's got potential and I'm not ready to turn loose of it yet. I do believe I'll get to it and I think it's going to be a fine little something, depending on which way I decide to go with it. hahaha.
@rpeek I look forward to seeing a video or two of the vehicle being driven.

@rpeek I'd love to see it drivable, if not much else.
