Walking on Rosengarten

This video comes from a walk on the South-East side of the mount Rosengarten (Catinaccio) in Val di Fassa-Italy. From Ciampedie, which means "field of God" in Ladino, the local ancient language, to Gardeccia and to Vaiolet.
Then walking below the Rosengarten towards Passo Cigolade through Pale Rabiouse on the "Sentiero de le Feide" (sheeps in Ladino) to the mounts Gran Mugon and Roda di Vael.
The Mountains of Sasso Lungo, Sella,Pordoi,Marmolada and Fassa valley are visible in the wonderful landscape from this pathway.
From Vaiolon Pass the view is over Val d'Ega and the mount Latemar.
The nice small village of Tamion (Vigo di Fassa) with the church built in 1708 is on the way down.
At the end of the video the ancient church of Santa Giuliana (Vigo di Fassa) during the yearly performance of classical music on August 15.

Mi emoziona questo video, con un sottofondo musicale bello azzeccato. Li ho girati quasi tutti i luoghi che citi, alcuni fino alle cime, tanti anni fa'. Mi mancano un casino! E' una delle aree piu belle delle Dolomiti, che gia' sono (considerate) nel complesso le montagne piu' belle del mondo. Dici poco... . Siamone orgogliosi!
