I have seen several indicators that lead me to believe that this year will be the end of cheap food. And IF NOTHING CHANGES 2011 Poo will defiantly be flooding our streets. if U put Diatomacious earth in the Barrels of wheat...it will kill any bugs or eggs as soon as they hatch...and it is non toxic......food grade edible......it will keep better in the basement.... I wish I could get wheat that cheap..... in the city goin for bout $2 a lb.......

I got a pressure cooker and have been canning meats, soups, stews, and a lot of sweet corn.

Can't feed (wheat / corn) also be used for growing more? Also, can one rehydrate the corn so it can be cooked and eaten?
