This takes the tyre outside the specification and makes it unsafe. If you do that in the UK it is a criminal offence as you void your car insurance. That means up to £1000fine and 6points on your driving licence (12 before poss. ban). Your car also gets impounded with storage charges. Just buy the correct tyre. By stretching tyres this way you make them weak and liable to puncture at speed. Try getting insured once you have been banned & have a criminal record, it will be difficult & expensive!
