Bourbon Wings w/ Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

3 to 5 pounds chicken wings
2 Tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic
1 shallot
1 Tablespoon Ancho Chili Powder
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup bourbon
1/3 cup hot sauce
1 cup chili sauce
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar

Blue Cheese Dip
2 ounces blue cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

The oil was around 360F or 180C

I have a couple recipes with bourbon, cannot think of the other one or two, but I don't drink the bourbon, just use it for cooking, it is amazing that the flavor it does give to things.

You can also use it in things that call for vanilla.
