New Girl in Town: A STEMi STORY(ep.9 s1) *Devil With Eyes*

(jake's POV)

I was still pissed off at Allison. I have no idea why she broke us up. I was planning to go talk to her when I got to school, but then, I remembered it was Saturday. I called Olivia and told her my side of the story. She told me Allisons side of the story. I was shocked. I knew Cindee was evil, but not this evil. I decided to call Allie. Maybe she could explain.

'Hey."

"Hi." She said to me as I heard soft whispering and crying. She suddenly broke down and started sobbing into my ear on the phone.

"Want to come over so we can talk face to face?" She asked me. I accepted. She might have broken us up, but that didnt mean I still didnt like her.

"Okay." I said softly to her. "Be there in 10 minutes."

I went upstairs and got ready and drove to her house thinking about her the entire ride there. I came in and gave her a big hug and cried into my chest. I rubbed her back and we went to her room.

"I am so sorry." She said to me, her shoulders heaving she was crying so hard.

"Its alright, I forgive you. I know Cindee was listening so you couldnt explain. I just." I thought what I was going to say and trailed off.

"Just what?"

"I just....didnt want us to break up. I like you a lot Allison." I said, suddenly embarrassed, feeling my cheeks get hot.

"I like you too Jake. I didnt want to break up either. It was the first time-" She said and looked into my eyes "-That someone actually cared for me."

And at that moment, I didnt care. I didnt care about how Cindee was evil, or how angry I was after Allison broke up with me. I didnt care if her family were home or that her door was wide open. I just thought about Allison and how cute she looked.

"Come here." I said to her, and still crying Allison, kissed me.

"So were back together?" She pulled away and asked me, holding my hand.

"Yes. We are." And I smiled at her.

"I like you a lot Jake." She said to me and pointed to her lips, signaling everything was back to normal.

"I like you a lot too." And then the worst of all happened. Cindee stood in the doorway of her room, staring at us.
