Dumb Blonde = Accident Magnet

I was riding a RECUMBENT bike and holding a camera at the same time...not a good idea. At the bottom of the hill i reached over with my left hand to the right handle bar to change the gears and then....THUD!!
I fall off.

I feel sorry for the accident, She must have been hurt. I hope she recovered soon. Does she post this video? I had been in a bicycle accident and lost my memory for a day or two. believe me, bicycle accidents are at times life threatening.

Its not an out of the blue accident when you're riding down hill with higher than usual speed and reach with your left hand to your right handlebar to switch gears while filming the entire thing with your right hand.
