ok, now this is more like it. this level was created by bobby prince (the guy who did the music for wolfenstein, doom, etc.), and it's definitely a change of pace from the usual hall/romero stuff.

you've got some tricky mazes full of enemies at the start, followed by a huge maze consisting of a series of long rectangular passages. the rectangles are organized in layers, and it's tricky to reach the end.

probably the easiest level of this episode and one of the most fun ones, though it's easy to miss a guard or two when going for 100%.

  • Correct, because Ken's Labyrinth was heavily based on this game.

  • I played this years ago with my dad. Loved it then and love it now! Playing on my iPhone and the passage moves 3 spaces. I don't know how to stop it. I can flip to the keyboard, but I don't know if the space would help since it's gotta be flipped there.

  • Now that's where the extra guards were...

  • why the hell did the blue officers say "mein Leben!"(my life) this makes no sense

  • Thanx for the run, very entertainment on this square and rectangle level! :D

  • Any 3d game was insanely rare back then. I know alot of people who originally got the game because it was in 3d. Have to remember this came out when Mario and Sonic were still in their prime back in the 16 bit console era. People who say it sucks and like fps's haven't played it or are just computer illiterate and don't know how to play it right.

  • Yeah it's better than quake 3.

  • Thank you for the answer.

  • Also, it's a glitch that applies on machines that are Pentium or faster processors. If it ever keeps happening, a way to work around it would be to hit the pause key when the wall hits the 2nd square. If timed right, the wall stops.

  • That happened to me but only in E4M2. :(

  • Thanks a lot dude it worked for me too!.
