This is all wrong. Anybody can use a rice maker and the seasoning is wrong as well. It's rice vinager, sugar, salt not mirin. nice try but that guy was right about the sushi chefs commuting suicide...

This tutorial is horrible. She didn't even say how much rice she made.

this video is absolutely terrible - "dannthr" already mentioned the main mistakes. I might also add that the seasoning shouldn't just be mixed with the rice carelessly in circles, but by gently sinking a wooden paddle into the rice at a diagonal angle, approaching the bowl in turns from left and right and vice versa.

I thought this was going to show how to make sushi rice. Instead, it just shows what ingredients to put in, which you can find ANYWHERE online and conveniently skips over the hard part, which is the actual cooking of the rice! How much water? What temperature? How long should it cook? How long should it cool? This video would be far better if it actually showed how to make sushi rice.
