I don't see what you people aren't understanding about this situation. The issue is that a prominent political figure publicly humiliated a woman for her choice of dress. A skirt isn't exactly stripper attire - it's a skirt. According to the article, the woman didn't even complain, the president apparently has some baffling victim complex about his inability to concentrate when there are feminine body parts nearby.
