  • But what happens when you need to clean and vacumm that room

  • @Shawn09871 simple, just push the button, make a room unplug the thing, and smarthouse will turn off a socket in a while

  • yea its a waste of money but there r also mechanical alternatives do deal with that problem

  • mechanical can't turn off when no load is connected. Also mechanical can't be remotely controled. Mechanical can't be controled by timer. Mechanical can't be triggered by PIR detector........ so actually you are not right

  • @fatcat3359 If yourre trying to keep a baby away from an outlet, just put those little plastic plug covers over the outlet. They are about $0.05 each and they have worked effectively for decades. Whenever you want to use the outlet, you simply remove the cover and plug in your appliance. Young children cannot undo the plastic covers.

  • @stephengilstrap i have simple answer for you, you can get from A to B wit bicycle it will cost you nothing, OR you can use your Harley Fatboy. What you would use?

i guess i know. So it's about priorities , you would spent $0.05 on plastic cover, i wouldn't spent 50-100K for Harley, you know what i'm talking about?

  • Amazing!

  • cool clip thanks for sharing ..

  • Mom says "NO MORE WOW' and turns the plug off.

  • That would get really annoying.

  • Smart house is for fat people. (like)

  • @stephengilstrap I read an article where there was an technology about wireless power. It uses a radio frequency to transport a small amount of power. Just search for powercastinfo com (sorry for my bad english..)

  • @fatcat3359 Well, actually it depends on how far point A is from point B as to whether I ride my Harley rather than my bicycle. It all depends on what makes the most sense. Oh and by the way, Harleys have never cost $50K or $100K.

  • @marc3llos Ho wcan you explain to me wireless power? The "power has to come from somewhere. Wireless power is a battery, thats it. Its not enough to run a household appliance
