@triffffon Damn, I guess I shouldn't waste my money or time on a movie that wastes all of its time with fancy shmancy VISUALS. Its not like film is a VISUAL medium or anything. CLEARLY there's only one choice between a script that "is crap" despite making purposeful use of spontaneous dialogue with a child actor/character speaking a second language and the all-powerful original.

@triffffon . ...and they didn't "changed" it to disappear..., they just make a remake of it, or inspired by it, and actually made people discover this largely unknown old one. I don't see any reasons to be negative about it.
None of the two are flawless, no movies were flawless.

of course, that's the way it should be when talking to a 6 year old kid. We didn't expect the storyteller to use bombastic / larger-than-life words when talking to a baby.

@Islander255 Depends on what you prefer. You prefer effects go for The Fall. But the the script of The Fall is crap. I don't understand why they changed the original. .

@Islander255 this did not apparently inspired. this totally inspired the director as mentioned by the indian director of the fall in many interviews and it's also clear you did not watch the movie which is a masterpiece of the cinema. sorry but you don't understand nothing and there it is!!!
