Thank you for sharing your knowledge. It was 5:34 well spent. I am a mother with bipolar disorder and I appriciate suppotive information that can help me be understand how I can keep living well and minimize harm to my children. My Biploar (type 1) is a hell of a thing to manage and you are now in my mental health toolbox. Cheers from Canada

I really am surprised nobody has made ACOA videos before this it really is an area that needs more attention most of the ACOA meetings are becoming rare and nonexistent. Hope u make more videos soon. Take Care.

Rick I am glad to have found your videos. Yes the syndrome is very real. I've had to at times with all my good progress, kick myself and ask the question. "Why did I do that"? I also like your insight and the way you explain the Syndrome.

Thank you so much for this message, I sometimes wonder if it's of any benefit as I don't find anyone else on youtube addressing such an important subject and common topic. I'll validate the"why did I do that?"as a very important questions for ACoA's to ask themselves, it helps to point out dysfunctional behaviors so you can change them.

I am certainly continuing to make video's as my work schedule permits. I couldn't believe that there wasn't anyone on youtube addressing ACoA's. Please feel free to give any input that you may have as well, i certainly appreciate your comments and applaud you.
