Blair befriended Katie, she invited her to the lake, where all of the popular students hung out, Cameron saw her but he didn't want to talk to her because what happened last time, Blair tried to seduce Cameron but he wasn't drunk, he saw Katie and she fell into the lake, he saved her and they kissed in the lake, Blair got jealous and ruined things AGAIN
