This is a song from Jonny Greenwood's soundtrack for Norwegian Wood. The music is very similar to Present Tense, a song played by Thom Yorke at Latitude Festival. Seems like composer is Jonny.

  • @Harryclownie Have you ever seen something else than Home Alone or videos with Justin Bieber? I guess you havent...

  • How did you get this? The soundtrack is not out yet.

  • @Cazaq

That is not right, it is out, but not in every country.

Come on, maybe Present Tense will be released in the future. But still, this version is so magical, I love it more than Yorke's solo performance. Even in that movie the scene with this song-version works absolutely impresive.

  • Radiohead always said their second home was Japan.

  • this score is very beautiful, but i'll be absolutely crushed if this means the present tense isn't getting released, it's easily the most emotionally resonating song Yorke has written in ten years

  • am I the only one who cannot find any similarity with the present tense???

  • Sounds a lot like Samuel Barber's "Adagio for Strings." Very powerful though.

  • @Sharlay0 trust me buddy i have good taste, i think justin bieber is insipid dross, but i'd rather watch home alone again than this humorless, self aggrandizing, depressing pile of shit film. thats my opinion and last time i checked im free to it. dont get me wrong, it was well shot and the soundtrack was superb but jonny greenwoods efforts were better spent on the likes of There Will Be Blood.

  • This is so deeply delicate and beautiful.

  • @antisadism This is good. The elderly are cared for in Japan - I don't want Thom to die in the next 1000 years. I will patiently anticipate his 154 album.

  • @awoolfatthedoor and you believed whoever that told you such bs?!

  • maybe you are right :)

  • @awoolfatthedoor Yorke says alot of things, and sometimes I even doubt if certain "Quotes" by him are credible and not just fabricated bullshit.
