  • Things like this amaze me. Just think of the time period between 1965 through 1970. You had studios in L.A. hot with activity from the Beach Boys and others. Memphis had Elvis and the Stax Studio and others. Detroit had Motown(Funk Brothers) and all the great groups there. England had Abbey Road (Beatles). New York had Columbia (Dylan) etc, etc. etc. Plus you had all the great cars (GTOs, Hemi's, Cobras) and other great 60's muscle cars. What do we have now? Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Comments!

  • How did he always know how to have his hair and clothes perfect for the moment?....hair a little messy. coolest shirt ever...and damn those are big sideburns!! How did he know they looked so good? It just wouldn't be Elvis without 'em. Coolest man in history, yep, Cooler than James Bond! Bond didn't sing, dance, laugh, Or Rock the House!!

  • Even just practicing, Elvis was great! I love these practice sessions footages of him. He was so natural and so down to earth. RIP, Elvis & God bless you...

  • @pwreric 'A lot of people have accused Elvis of stealing the black man's music, when in fact, almost every black solo entertainer copied his stage mannerisms from Elvis'. -Jackie Wilson

  • And people are supposed to have a comment...

  • @judy16272 Elvis was the king of sideburns.

    They are not "fake"

  • i think those are fake side burns.??

  • SO COOL.The man was like GOD.

  • @TrueLight55 And bond didn't have the pimpin clothes. He owed so much to blacks: the clothes, the music, the cars and he knew it. That's why he done things like buying that random black lady a Cadillac. He grew up with nothing and died almost broke. If you die with a million dollars or owing a million dollars whats the difference?

  • @jimmyfinlayson At least the cars are going back to the 60's style. I'm afraid the music industry just doesn't get it.

  • Incredible.

  • @steve1969pierce Elvis did co-write two songs w/ Red West and Charlie Hodge: "That's Someone You Never Forget" and an Italian-inspired "You'll Be Gone" (though SOB West denied them credit after Hodge died). But I concur, I've yet to see ANYONE even match him in delivery, voice, style, etc, etc. The artists of today make me sick - they need computer synthesizers to make themselves sound decent.
