those are guitar frets introduced in rockband, which are for smaller children playing, or just "fingertapping" the solo in a song, without having to strum at all

some where a bit above the right corner you see his youtube name that's a watermark.
if you place a drawing on internet you can make a water mark on it so everybody can see you did draw it. because you can't remove a watermark.
